Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lisashop.site with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps, including the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos to confirm the issue, and a replacement or refund will be issued promptly after verification.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lisashop.site.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us with the details of the issue, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special-order mirrors, final sale items, or products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, the order may already be in processing or shipped and will be subject to our standard return policy.
