At Lisa Shop, we aim to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience with every order. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how your items are processed and shipped.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you for real-time updates.
Shipping Time & Methods
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s schedule. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to weather delays, high demand, or carrier issues.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout. For any special delivery requests, expedited shipping, or bulk orders, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Delivery Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your mirror arrives safely and on time. Large or fragile mirrors may be delivered via specialized freight services to ensure proper handling.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international destinations at this time.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and the product so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Missed Deliveries
If the delivery is missed and the item is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
